Alright...so it's been forever since I've posted...so here we go:
I miss everyone that I'm friends with here. You all mean so much to me even though we don't talk and see each other as much as we all want to.
Things that have happened since my last post..I think:
Lauren and I broke up but she's my best friend now and the relationship we have right now is so much better with her still in my life. She knows me through and through. I'm so excited to keep her in my life.
As some of you know, I started to date Vanya shortly after Lauren and I broke up. I really love her a lot. I really thought she was the end of my search. About now 2 weeks ago, we broke up. I already had a ring and had planned on proposing to her. Maybe someday that will happen. If she one day wanders to this page, maybe she'll be able to read my heart and see between the words that I'm sorry and want her forever in my life.
Let's see what else. Zoey's getting big and is 2 now. She's so damn adorable. She's fairly well-trained. Love my Zoe-zoe!
What else...It's Solo & Ensemble time! I have so far 22 solos - yay for money! I've got so many Karl students. lol.
I've been working at Dow AgroSciences for a couple of months now. Originally, I was a contractor, but was brought into the company and get GREAT benefits.

I've fallen...She's everything I have ever wanted...my best friend...considerate...but she's stationed in Hawaii with the military...she'll be home in december...and we intend to go out on our first date together while she's able to be here...I'm excited yet uneasy at the same time...becuz I want her, but I don't want her to go again...I guess if it's meant to be...it'll be... |

Yay for a new job! I'll be working in an oil plant where I'll be using different chemical techniques to analyze different samples of oil. Pay's $13, but hey. A job's a job. Thanks to everyone who posted in reply! |

I just wanted to say how much all of you here mean to me. I know a lot of us don't talk as often as either of us would wish, but there's an understanding that some way or another, we share a moment that is unique to us. I was tidying up my car tonight when I found a program for "Bye Bye Birdie" that I did last summer. I opened it up tonight and began reading through some of it. Then I remembered that most of the cast had signed that program. I was truly touched by all of the love that the cast had given me even if it was in ink. I'm not depressed in any fashion, I just wanted to take the time to tell everyone that reads my journal that somehow or another, you mean something to me. Whether it be playing DDR, going to school together, performing, or even stopping our lives to chat. Life is grand and holds different paths for all of us. I'm glad that I've met all of you along my path.

Summer holds Spanish...yay...Beginning Spanish ALL SUMMER LONG!...Had first class today...I think it'll be a fun class...just a lot of studying and speaking...

This next week will be hell on wheels...
Monday - 2 papers due for Inorganic Lab, Stylistic Analysis Paper due for Literary Journalism
Tuesday - Diff. Eqns final 1-3, Long Report paper due at 530 for Biochem lab (kill me now)
Friday - Biochem Lecture final...
Done! I won't be graduating this semester...but I'm going to stay another year to get my BA in Biology.

Holy cow it's been a while...
School's up and running again...new list of courses:
Differential Eqns (Math)
Biochemistry II
Biochemistry Lab
Inorganic Lab
Literary Journalism (JR/SR integrator)
Everything's pretty fun so far...no real bad things yet...
So I have 11 people that want me to accompany them for Solo and Ensemble...10 out of the 11 are Division I entrants. And I think 8 out of 11 are Karl Hartman's (someone correct spelling?) students. All and all, if everyone goes to state...I'll end up with a new grand in my pocket...that'd be nice...
Been sick as of most recently...I think it's the flu, but I'm going to the doctor on Saturday to see if it is indeed. Kev might be coming down with it also...great...a pair of flu-sies...
Anyways...I could write more about Christmas (since I didn't) and New Years (since I didn't)...but that's gonna have to be another day...

Dear God I'm ready for this semester to be over with. I've just wrapped up two classes already, but that's not enough.
Next week is the last chance for instructors to have an exam...so I have 2...Linear Algebra and my Instrumentation Lab Final...
The following week is final week...My finals are the following:
Monday - Instrumentation Lecture Final
Wednesday - Ecology Final
Friday - Biochemistry Final
Monday - Linear Algebra Final
I just turned in two fairly large projects in my Capstone course to wrap that up...and I don't have any more classes for my Instrumentation Lecture course until the final...and then I don't have any more labs to perform in the Instrumentation Lab but I do have reports to turn in...
Well...I'm dun...see ya'll after finals...I want to play some DDR damnit... |

Man...what fun...
The last time I played poker...It was tournament style...so once you're out of chips...you're simply out...Well, the blinds go up like every 15 minutes and at the end of so many rounds you color up (change up chips for other (typically) more expensive chips)...You always start out with 5000 in chips...Before the color up, I have a single red chip worth 50...Keep in mind these blinds were 200 and 400. Thankfully I stalled enough to color up to a 500 chip. Well...that single 500 chip took me to the final table were I got 6th place. My brother (who was with me) couldn't believe it...he was sure that I'd be out well before the blinds got around the table. Before going to the final table I had 25,000 in chips...so...yay!
Looking forward to seeing everyone at the party on Friday that I've already talked with! So far the number sounds in the 20s...so we'll definitely have 3 tables going...probably no tournament tables because well...I said.
Live has been very happy except for school stuff...but that's the way it goes. I've decided to stay at IUPUI and work towards my Bachelor of Arts in Biology in addition to my Bachelor of Science in Chemistry (Biochem)...I'll only have to stay about a year maybe plus a half. I chatted with the HR guy from Roche Diagnostics the other day and they are having an "internship fair" on Friday. I'm really excited. It would be really good for me to get my feet wet with an internship over the summer...it'd be awesome...but I'd prolly have to relocate to the I-69 side for the summer...bummer...but...anyways...I better put my butt in bed...I have some early days ahead of me...
Oh yeah...Kev and I will have been together for 2 years come Saturday...mmmm...I luv that boy...
